I'll be hitting three kettlebell strength workouts like this each week.

5 rounds of 5 reps

  • double kettlebell front squat 5 (24'sx3, 28'sx2)
  • Weighted, recline ring push ups (25 lb vest)
  • double kettlebell 1 legged deadlift (24'sx5)
  • renegade rows (24'sx3, 28'sx2)
  • swing set knees to chest 10x

There was a lot of abdominal work involved in this session between the squats, ring work, renegade rows and suspension work on the swing set.  I will be alternating between heavy kettlebell presses and weighted push ups on the rings. I will also be mixing up the pulls with renegades, heavy pull ups and other weighted rowing activities.
