30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes of:

  • Double kettlebell front squat
  • Med ball sit up and reach
  • Double kettlebell or dumbell press
  • Low back extension or supermans
  • Power Wheel roll outs or walkouts
  • Ring rows
