Here's a cool complex using 2 kettlebells.
For this particular session I used 2/24kg's.
Do 15 seconds of each movement, moving from one to the next for a total of 1:30 work. Take 45 seconds rest and repeat 4-5 more times in the same fashion.
I used a Gymboss timer set at 15 seconds. Just listen for the beep.
- Double kettlebell cleans
- Double kettlebell push press
- Double kettlebell split squat
- Renegade row
- Sumo deadlift
In between rounds, keep yourself moving (active rest), skip rope, shake out the tension.
