It’s a rainy day at the Jersey Shore.

First one in a very long time.  It feels strange to train indoors.

Yesterday’s Third Annual Rowathon was a great success!

We had 18 teams of 4 and 5 show up and row 42,125 meters to raise money for The Nicholas Leather Heart to Heart Foundation.

Needless to say, there was some pretty good competition.

Team Training Room squeaked out a win over The Iron Bull Crew with Gametime taking third place.

I will be giving you snippets of footage each day.

Today’s workout will be a double kettlebell bear complex ladder (1-5,5-1) coupled with a pull up ladder (1-5,5-1 or 2-10, 10-2). You will finish with abdominal ladders (2-10,10-2).

You can go solo or with a partner.  I great way to do this would be to alternate between the two movements.

Bear Complex: Clean,squat,press,squat press=one rep

Start with 1 rep, work up to 5, repeat 5 and then go back down to 1 rep. Alternate with pull ups in the same manner or do 2-10,10-2 reps on the pull ups.

Finish up with abs 2-10,10-2
