Two 24 kg kettlebells in one hand, so 105.6 lbs total.
I weigh just under 170lbs.
I was toying around with different types of get-ups the other day and thought I would give this one a go.
This in an extremely advanced move and was very hard to control.
Don't try this at home!
The toughest part was trying to figure out how to hold both bells and bail out if this happened to go bad.
