  • one arm row 5/5
  • jumping jacks 15
  • bicycles 15

Today we’ll give you the choice between…

Sandbag or DOUBLE KB 10,8,6,4,2

  • Shouldering or Alt KB cleans
  • Sandbag shoulder to shoulder press or see saw press
  • Sand bag, or Double kettlebell front squats or goblet squat
  • Bent row
  • Sand bag/kettlebell get ups or walkouts

Try to increase weight as your reps go down.
