- high pulls 10
- press 5
- squat 5
- thruster 5
- one arm row 5/5
- jumping jacks 15
- bicycles 15
Today we’ll give you the choice between…
Sandbag or DOUBLE KB 10,8,6,4,2
- Shouldering or Alt KB cleans
- Sandbag shoulder to shoulder press or see saw press
- Sand bag, or Double kettlebell front squats or goblet squat
- Bent row
- Sand bag/kettlebell get ups or walkouts
Try to increase weight as your reps go down.
