We’ll do our normal joint mobility wake up and then two rounds of kettlebell warm up.

If you don’t have 2 bells, you can use one bell in two hands goblet style, and do your renegade rows with your hand braced on a bench or step, or do one arm rows.

30 seconds work/30 seconds rest x 5 rounds of non-stop double kettlebell fun.

Do this with doubles!

  • double swing/snatch or clean
  • double push press
  • abs (your choice)
  • Front squat
  • renegade row
