I had to get this done quickly so I set up 20 second work/rest intervals on the GymBoss Timer.

I ran through this 5 times:

  • Double kettlebell front squats
  • Pull ups
  • Double kettlebell see saw presses
  • Swing set knees to chest

Round 1 and 2: 2/24's

Rounds 3,4, and 5: 2/28's

I averaged 6 squats, 7 pull ups, 10 see saw presses and 10 knees to chest.
