Joint mobility in the court yard, then basic kettlebell warm up.
Today’s workout is a descending ladder from 10-2
So, 10,8,6,4,2 reps of the following movements with a partner.
If you don’t have a partner, then circuit through these movements:
- double kettlebell front squats or deadlifts
- pull ups or weighted pull ups
- double kettlebell presses
- Low back extension 3×10 (if you didn’t do deadlifts)
- Ab choice (3×10)
