Joint mobility in the court yard, then basic kettlebell warm up.

Today’s workout is a descending ladder from 10-2

So, 10,8,6,4,2 reps of the following movements with a partner.

If you don’t have a partner, then circuit through these movements:

  • double kettlebell front squats or deadlifts
  • pull ups or weighted pull ups
  • double kettlebell presses
  • Low back extension 3×10 (if you didn’t do deadlifts)
  • Ab choice (3×10)
