One of my favorite combos.

Start out with some joint mobility then do a kettlebell warm up.

Today we’ll have a few options of how to complete this workout.

We’ll do a ladder from 1-5 the back down from 5-1 on two movements.

  • Double kettlebell clean/squat press
  • Pull ups/weighted or assited

If you are with a partner, compete the ladder of one movement before moving to the next.

Take your time and go heavy.

If you are solo, do this as a couplet (superset) back and forth.

Finish with abdominals of your choice or get ups.

Do and abdominal ladder of 2,4,6,8,10

If you are doing get ups, do a ladder from 1-5
