Here’s my strength ladder workout from Friday

Work up in weight with each ladder

4 sets of (1,2,3) of:

  • Double Kettlebell front squat
  • Weighted pull ups
  • Double kettlebell press
  • Swing set knees to chest 10 reps each time

Warm up set with 24kgs

Second set with 28kgs, third and forth set with 32 kgs

Pull ups: Set one and two with 20kgs, three and four with 24kgs
