It looks like a great week of weather so we hope to get outdoors!!
Today we have our double conditioning circuit.
Warm up with a two round circuit warm up…
20 seconds work/20 seconds rest of the following.
- ring rows
- body weight squats
- push ups
- kettlebell swings
- jumping jacks or jump rope
- bicycles
- med ball thrusters
Here are your two circuits 30/20
Complete one, take 3 minutes rest and then complete the other.
Circuit 1
- wall ball or thrusters
- kettlebell swings
- Mountain climbers
- air dyne bike or jump rope
Circuit 2
- kettlebell high pulls
- battling ropes
- Med ball or kettlebell clean squat
- jump rope, jumping jacks or sprint in place
