It looks like a great week of weather so we hope to get outdoors!!

Today we have our double conditioning circuit.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up…

20 seconds work/20 seconds rest of the following.

  • ring rows
  • body weight squats
  • push ups
  • kettlebell swings
  • jumping jacks or jump rope
  • bicycles
  • med ball thrusters

Here are your two circuits 30/20

Complete one, take 3 minutes rest and then complete the other.

Circuit 1

  • wall ball or thrusters
  • kettlebell swings
  • Mountain climbers
  • air dyne bike or jump rope
Circuit 2
  • kettlebell high pulls
  • battling ropes
  • Med ball or kettlebell clean squat
  • jump rope, jumping jacks or sprint in place
