One of favorite minimalist sessions.

We’ll only be doing two movements today, so do them with precision!

With this workout, you can use one or two bells.

Advanced trainees will go with the 2 bell option and beginners will use 1.

Warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.

Now you are ready to attack the bear.

The bear complex consists of a clean, a squat, a press, another squat and finishes with a press…

All of this equals one round.

You will perform a ladder of 1-5 reps alternating with pull ups or assisted pull ups from 1-5 or 2-10.

You will repeat this 1-5 ladder 3 times.
