Happy Saturday!

Try this one before you head out to enjoy the rest of this incredible Saturday.

We feel that double kettlebell workouts give you a great bang for your buck and offer a great combination of strength and conditioning.

The same goes for sandbags, dumbells and the bar.  Any of these movements that we are doing today can be done with any of the above tools.

If you are at home and do not have two matching kettlebells, you will do the single kettlebell option of this workout.
