Hey Training Room fans and Friends! Strength day is here. As always, we will give you the option of performing this with singles or doubles. This will be performed in a 5×5 couplet format. 5 sets, 5 reps alternating between the movements in each couplet. Finish one couplet and then move on to the next one. Couplet 1: 5 sets alternating
- Double ( 5 reps) or single kettlebell press (5r/5l)
- Double kettlebell swing/snatch (5 reps) or single kettlebell swing ( 10 reps heavy)
Couplet 2: 5 sets alternating
- Squat (one or 2 bells for 5 reps)
- Row option (double or single for 5 reps)
Couplet 3
- Get ups (1/1 x 5 sets) or abdominal choice (pick two and alternate)
