- Kettlebell swings ( 5 double or 5/5 single)
- push ups or dive bombers
- Kettlebell cleans ( 5 double or 5/5 single)
- Kettlebell push press ( 5 double or 5/5 single)
- Kettlebell front squats ( 5 double or 5/5 single)
- Renegade rows or one arm rows 5/5
