  • Kettlebell swings ( 5 double or 5/5 single) 
  • push ups or dive bombers 
  • Kettlebell cleans ( 5 double or 5/5 single) 
  • Kettlebell push press ( 5 double or 5/5 single) 
  • Kettlebell front squats ( 5 double or 5/5 single) 
  • Renegade rows or one arm rows 5/5
