Today is 5×5 strength day.
We’ll give you the choice of kettlebells or the bar today.
First warm up with a two round kettlebell warm up.
Joint Mobility
Kettlebell warm up
Perform 5 sets of 5 of the following movements.
- Double or single kettlebell floor press or bench press
- Double or single kettlebell row
- double kettlebell front squat, single kettlebell goblet squat or barbell front squat
- Get ups (5x1r/1l), windmill, walkouts or abdominal choice
Keep the get ups and windmills in the 1-5 rep range.
