It’s strength day, and today we’ll be changing it up a little.
40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for 4 rounds of the following tw0 circuits.
Rest for 2 minutes between each one.
Circuit 1:
- Squat hold
- Pull up/ring row hold
- walkout hold
Rest 2 minutes
Circuit 2
- Alternate kettlebell cleans
- See saw press
- Aunt Cindy’s or Russian twists
