Double Strength and Conditioning Combo

Even though Friday is a strength focus at The Training Room, we will give you a mix…A double strength and conditioning combo.

You will get a little bit of both worlds with these strength and conditioning hybrid circuit to make both your musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular systems happy!

We will break things down into 2 seperate circuits like this…

30/20 x 4 rounds

Circuit 1

  • Bike
  • Ring Row
  • Plank choice (maybe try out some Power Wheel)
  • Walk lunge

Circuit 2

30/20 x 4 rounds

  • Row, run or jump rope
  • Press choice or push up choice.
  • Twist, side bend, around the world or Bulgarian bag.
  • Hinge choice, Supermans or hip bridge (swing, snatch,clean or deadlift choice).
