Double Strength Circuit

Wednesday brings us a double strength circuit!

Part 1 you will go on the heavier side.  Part 2 will be a little more dynamic with some of the classic “guns, buns and lungs” combos!

Part 1 – strict strength and on the heavy side

30 work/ 30 rest x 5 rounds:

  • Heavy rows
  • Strict press
  • Dead lifts or swings
  • Ab choice

Part 2 – “guns, buns & lungs”

30 work / 20 rest x 4 rounds:

  • Bicep curl
  • Lateral squat or side step
  • Push-ups, dips, tricep extension
  • Cardio or Sled
