I heard we were on Channel 4 last night…

Jim and I both missed it.

We will be running an 8am beach workout on Saturday morning in Avon.

Just 8am on Saturday!

We’ll be taking it up a few notches today with this double conditioning circuit.

Warm up with a two round circuit warm up…

  • Ring rows
  • squats second round drop squats
  • push ups
  • kettlebell swings
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks
  • bicycles
  • med ball thrusters
You will perform two separate circuits of 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 4 rounds non-stop. Rest 2-3 minutes between circuit A and circuit B.

Circuit A:

  • Jumping pull ups,pull ups or assisted pull ups
  • Battling ropes
  • Air squat, drop squat or box jump
  • Jump rope or jumping jacks, or shuttle run
Circuit B
  • Burpee
  • Kettlebell snatch or snatch pull
  • Ab choice
  • Row,ski,versa,watt bike or airdyne bike
