I heard we were on Channel 4 last night…

Jim and I both missed it.
We will be running an 8am beach workout on Saturday morning in Avon.
Just 8am on Saturday!
We’ll be taking it up a few notches today with this double conditioning circuit.
Warm up with a two round circuit warm up…
- Ring rows
- squats second round drop squats
- push ups
- kettlebell swings
- Jump rope or jumping jacks
- bicycles
- med ball thrusters
You will perform two separate circuits of 40 seconds work/ 20 seconds rest for 4 rounds non-stop. Rest 2-3 minutes between circuit A and circuit B.
Circuit A:
- Jumping pull ups,pull ups or assisted pull ups
- Battling ropes
- Air squat, drop squat or box jump
- Jump rope or jumping jacks, or shuttle run
Circuit B
- Burpee
- Kettlebell snatch or snatch pull
- Ab choice
- Row,ski,versa,watt bike or airdyne bike
