Do 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop on the GymBoss timer.
Circuit 1
- kettlebell swings
- Burpees
- Rower
- Mountain climbers
Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…
Circuit 2
- kettlebell high pulls
- Band snap-downs or battling ropes
- Air Dyne sprints
- Bicycles
