Do 40 seconds of work/20 seconds of rest for three rounds non-stop on the GymBoss timer.

Circuit 1

  • kettlebell swings
  • Burpees
  • Rower
  • Mountain climbers

Take 2 minutes rest, then do this one…

Circuit 2

  • kettlebell high pulls
  • Band snap-downs or battling ropes
  • Air Dyne sprints
  • Bicycles
