Go from 10 reps down to one
Partner up, start at 10 and go down to one rep on each of the movements.
Complete one thing before moving on to the next.
If you are performing this solo, do it circuit style.
- Kettlebell thrusters
- pullups
- push ups or ring dips
- Low back extension or heavy kettlebell swings
- Walkouts
