Easy and Hard Intervals

Wednesday’s conditioning focus will be dedicated to easy and hard intervals…

We will be doing 5 sets of thirty seconds easy and thirty second sprints on 5 seperate items.

The rest between each 5 round set will be 1:30

30 seconds easy/30 seconds hard x 5 on the following…

  • Row
  • Bike
  • Versa climber or slam ball
  • Ski erg
  • Sled or step up (your easy interval on the sled can also be walk or farmers carry)
