Efficient Conditioning Couplets
Tuesday is a conditioning day and there’s nothing much more efficient then couplets when it comes to get a lot of work done in a short time period.
Couplets are a Training Room staple!

20/10 x 10 couplets
Couplet 1 (5 rounds)
- Drop squat
- Mountain climb or crawl
Couplet 2 (5 rounds)
- Jump pull
- Dumbbell push press
Couplet 3 (5 rounds)
- Battle ropes or Intertia wave
- quick step ups or agilities
Some Inertiawave options
Couplet 4 (5 rounds)
- Squat thrust, slam
- Bulgarian bag
Couplet 5 (5 rounds)
- Bike x 5
- Ski x 5
