Efficient Strength Supersets
Let’s ALL get better this week at The Training Room, starting out with some strength supersets!
In case you didn’t notice, we love these supersets for their efficiency and effectiveness.
As one muscle group is working, the other is recovering and getting ready for the next set.
This is an amazing way to get a lot of work done in a reasonably short amount of time (no time wasted).
Here’s what Monday’s strength session looks like…
30/20 supersets x 5 rounds of each.
Superset 1
- Ring rows or pull ups
- Push ups
Superset 2
- Hinge choice (any deadlift, swing,clean, snatch et.)
- Squat choice(goblet, split, lunge etc)
Finisher (indoor and outdoor)
35/25 Circuit x 3 rounds (guns and buns)
- Band triceps or ring scull crushers
- Abs
- Ski, versa climb or bike
- Dumbbell curls
- Twist, Bulgarian bag or side plank
