35/25 supersets x 4 rounds of each

Superset 1 (4 rounds)

  • Ring row
  • Goblet squats

Superset 2 (4 rounds)

  • Push-ups
  • Heavy swings or deadlift choice

Superset 3 (4 rounds)

  • Ab choice
  • Twist, bend or rotate

Superset 4 (choice)

  • Arms (bi’s and tri’s) or cardio choice (cardio 1 / cardio 2 )
