35/25 supersets x 4 rounds of each
Superset 1 (4 rounds)
- Ring row
- Goblet squats
Superset 2 (4 rounds)
- Push-ups
- Heavy swings or deadlift choice
Superset 3 (4 rounds)
- Ab choice
- Twist, bend or rotate
Superset 4 (choice)
- Arms (bi’s and tri’s) or cardio choice (cardio 1 / cardio 2 )
