Explosive Supersets
Thursday is a conditioning focus and we will focus our attention on quicker and more explosive movements with some focus on body weight with other modalities put into the mix.
Weather you relize it or not, The Training Room has been programming explosive movements into our workouts forever.
As we age, we start to lose the ability to act quickly and explosively which is crucial to our lives activities.
Movements such as medicine ball slams, sledge hammer work, kettlebell swings, quick foot and agility movements, kettlebell or dumbbell push pressesor ANY kind of jumping.
Here’s the correct way to slam a medicine ball!

- Mountain climbers

- Slam ball or slege hits
- Run in place (Pegs)

- Drop squat
- Half burpee or push ups
Couplet 4
- Skaters or lateral steps or shuffle
- Bicycles or knees to chest
Couplet 5
- Bike
