This our favorite conditioning style for many reasons…
It’s ALSO fun and allows us to get a lot of work done within the hour.
Old school Conditioning Circuit
After and nice warm-up, we will complete 5 rounds of the conditioning circuit.
The intervals for each round look like this…
- 30/25
- 30/20
- 30/15
- 30/10
- 30/5
Here’s the circuit:
- Jump pulls or high pulls
- Mountinain climb or crawl
- Step ups (low or higher)
- Slamball (standing or kneeling)
- Skaters or agilities
- Knees to chest
- Swings or jumps
- Bike or ski
