This our favorite conditioning style for many reasons…

It’s ALSO fun and allows us to get a lot of work done within the hour.

Old school Conditioning Circuit

After and nice warm-up, we will complete 5 rounds of the conditioning circuit.

The intervals for each round look like this…

  1. 30/25
  2. 30/20
  3. 30/15
  4. 30/10
  5. 30/5

Here’s the circuit:

  • Jump pulls or high pulls
  • Mountinain climb or crawl
  • Step ups (low or higher)
  • Slamball (standing or kneeling)
  • Skaters or agilities
  • Knees to chest
  • Swings or jumps
  • Bike or ski
