Cut back on the snatches a little today.
Felt like doing some jerks.
Started with the 24kg and alternated 7r/7l Snatches and Jerks on the minute for 10 minutes.
7r/7l snatches on the minute, then 7r/7l jerks on the minute
I alternated between the two for 10 minutes then, switched to the 32kg and did the same thing for the next 8 minutes.
Total reps
Snatches with 24kgs= 70
Jerks with 24kgs=70
Snatches with 32kgs= 56
Jerks with 32kgs=56
