Fifteen Minute AMRAPS

It’s a non other then AMRAP challenge day at The Training Room

We have 2 fifteen minute AMRAPs with a 3 minute rest between.

Here’s what it will look like…
15 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible for 15 minutes) 
  • 250 meter cardio choice (row,bike,ski,run)
  • 20 swings
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 10 pulls ups (jump, feet down, assisted, regular)

Rest 3 minutes

15 Minute AMRAP

  • 250 meter cardio choice(row,bike,ski,run)
  • 20 Swings or body weight squats
  • 15 knee ups
  • 10 squat thrusts
