Jersey Shore Style

Using these five stations, and scaling each as needed.  Do five rounds of one minute at each station keeping track or reps and calories burned on the rower.  Total your score at the end of the workout.

  1. Jumping pullups or ring rows
  2. Dumbell push press or push up
  3. Kettlebell high pull
  4. Air squat or box jump
  5. Rower
