Filthy Fifty Training

FYI: There is a FREE beach workout in Avon THIS SUNDAY at 7am!

Alicia will throw in some different movements that might be new to you so come ready to work, sweat and learn a little too!  Class is for all ages and all levels.  Bring a Towel.
