Complete 10 minutes at each triplet, getting as many rounds as humanly possible!
Take 2 minutes rest between each triplet
Triplet 1
- 10 burpees
- 10 jumping pull ups
- 10 kettlebell swings
Triplet 2
- 10 calories on the rower
- 10 kettlebell push presses
- 10 power knees to chest
