The Ballistic Tripets

Complete 10 minutes at each triplet, getting as many rounds as humanly possible!

Take 2 minutes rest between each triplet

Triplet 1

  • 10 burpees
  • 10 jumping pull ups
  • 10 kettlebell swings

Triplet 2

  • 10 calories on the rower
  • 10 kettlebell push presses
  • 10 power knees to chest
