FIT 25 Challenge Prep

Since we have our FIT 25 Challenge on the events schedule for Feburary 15, it’s time to start training for it.

Like we always say…

It’s nice to have something to train for.

Having something to train for gives us a goal and helps to keep us consistant.

This will be the first of many sessions leading up to the challenge.

It will also give you a little taste of the FIT 25 challenge.

Here’s what we’ve got for you on this conditioning focus Tuesday.

60/30 x 5 rounds of the following

  • Versa Climber or slam ball
  • Ski erg
  • Sled or step up
  • Row
  • Bike
