FIT 25 Challenge Training

Your mid week challenge will consist of a little taste of the FIT 25 that we have coming up on February 15.

It’s time to start getting ready for this!

For Wednesday, we will break things down like this…

Complete 5 sets of 30 seconds easy (conversational pace)/30 second hard (non-conversational) at each station.

We will take 1:30 rest between each 5 set station.

Here are the exercises:

  1. Row
  2. Bike
  3. Ski
  4. Step up (keep your body moving on the easy set)
  5. Slam ball (keep your body moving on the easy set)
