FIT 25 Challenge Warm UP!
The FIT 25 Challenge is coming up fast, so let’s give you a little taste of what’s to come…
On Friday at The Training Room we’ll be doing all of the movements that are included in the FIT 25 on January 27.
Here’s what it looks like…
60/30 x 4 rounds of the following conditioning circuit
- Step ups or sled push
- Row
- Slam ball
- Bike
- Kettlebell high pull
- Ski erg
Event T-shirts
If you’ve registered for the event, there is a list at the gym for t-shirt sizes.
Make sure to find your name and write your t-shirt size next to it.
