FIT 25 Practice
Your mid week Training Room challenge will consist of some Fit 25 challege practice.
Stay tuned for details on the Fit 25 coming up on March 1.
For Wednesday, we will break things down like this…
Complete 5 sets of 30 seconds easy (conversational pace)/30 second hard (non-conversational) at each station.
We will take 1:30 rest between each 5 set station.
Here are the exercises:
- Row
- Bike
- Ski
- Step up (keep your body moving on the easy set)
- Slam ball (keep your body moving on the easy set)
