Monday Fitness Challenge

The best way to kick off your week at The Training Room is with a fitness challenge.

Monday will be a thirty minute challenge of both strength and cardio.

Here’s your thirty minute strength and conditioning AMRAP.

  • 5 pull-ups or 10 ring rows
  • 10 Goblet squats
  • 15 push-ups or shoulder taps
  • 20 Swings or deadlift choice
  • 250 meter cardio choice
