Thursday’s conditioning is Follow the Leader!
Each round is 3 minutes of continuous movement. Rest 90 seconds between Rounds for a total of 6 rounds

- Jump pull-ups or fast assisted
- mountain climbers or crawl
- Highpulls
- 1/2 burpees or slam ball
- drops squat or air squats
- sled or cardio
