This Follow the Leader Stationary edition is sure to fire you up for the weekend!

  • 1/2 burp /
  • drop squat /
  • sled or cardio :

Come to any courtyard classes tomorrow morning in Avon (7:30 & 9am) or Manasquan (7:30am).  Let’s work on some endurance and keep your body moving and feeling good!
