Follow the Leader

Friday’s Follow the Leader Conditioning workout is a TR Favorite!

We will have a stationary options as well but it’s still just as intense!

Your work intervals will be continuous…  30/30/30/30/30/30 for the entire circuit

You will rest 1:30 after each round for a total of 6 rounds

  1. Jump pull-ups
  2. Mountain climber or crawl
  3. High pulls or swings
  4. 1/2 burpees
  5. Drop squat
  6. Sled or cardio
