Start your Thursday off right!

We haven’t seen this one in a while.

Follow the leader is on The  Training Room top 10 list as voted by our members.

Warm up first with two round 20/20 circuit.

Make sure to take advantage of the video library and let us know if you would like to see anything else in there.

Follow the leader: 30 seconds of work at each station non-stop.  This is 3 minutes of work.

Take 1:30 rest and repeat for 6 rounds total.

  • Kipping or jumping pull ups
  • mountain climbers
  • kettlebell high pulls
  • 1/2 burpees
  • drop squats or box jumps
  • shuttle run or prowler/sled drag
