Warm up first with two round 20/20 circuit.
Make sure to take advantage of the video library and let us know if you would like to see anything else in there.
Follow the leader: 30 seconds of work at each station non-stop. This is 3 minutes of work.
Take 1:30 rest and repeat for 6 rounds total.
- Kipping or jumping pull ups
- mountain climbers
- kettlebell high pulls
- 1/2 burpees
- drop squats or box jumps
- shuttle run or prowler/sled drag
