How about some forty twenty triplets to start off your week at The Training Room with a bang!

This week…

Monday, Wednesday and Friday are conditioning days.

Therefore, this means that Tuesday and Thursday are strength focus days.

Heres what we’ve go for you…

40/20 x 4 rounds of each of these triplets

Triplet 1

  • Jump rope, or Jumping jacks
  • High pulls
  • Knees to chest (abs)

Triplet 2

  • Ski
  • step ups
  • Slam or squat thrust

Triplet 3

  • Bike
  • Twist
  • Mountain climber. plank, or crawl
