Forty Twenty Triplets

How about some forty twenty triplets to start off your week at The Training Room with a bang!

This week…

Monday, Wednesday and Friday are conditioning days.

Therefore, this means that Tuesday and Thursday are strength focus days.

Saturday will be our Fit 25 event kicking off at 6:30 AM.

The participant and heat list has been posted here!

Please let us know if you don’t see your name on there.

The party will be at 6 PM at the Avon Marina Building (2 Main St in Avon by the sea)

40/20 x 4 rounds of each of these triplets

Triplet 1

  • Jump rope, or Jumping jacks
  • High pulls
  • Knees to chest (abs)

Triplet 2

  • Ski
  • step ups
  • Slam or squat thrust

Triplet 3

  • Bike
  • Twist
  • Mountain climber. plank, or crawl
