Today is the start of a brand new training cycle.
We will kick it off with some conditioning.
Four rounds of the following circuit.
Here are your intervals per round work/rest in seconds.
- 60/30
- 50/25
- 40/20
- 30/15
Take one minute rest between rounds.
- Row
- bear crawl, mountain climbers. or plank
- Bike, versa climb , or ski
- Kettlebell Snatches 30 seconds L/ 30 seconds R or one handed swings
- Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks, or Run
- Surfer squats or drop squats 30 seconds / Bull-whip 30 seconds
