Hey Training Room Family!

Today is the start of a brand new training cycle.

We will kick it off with some conditioning.

Four rounds of the following circuit.

Here are your intervals per round work/rest in seconds.

  • 60/30
  • 50/25
  • 40/20
  • 30/15

Take one minute rest between rounds.

  • Row
  • bear crawl, mountain climbers. or plank
  • Bike, versa climb , or ski
  • Kettlebell Snatches 30 seconds L/ 30 seconds R or one handed swings
  • Jump Rope, Jumping Jacks, or Run
  • Surfer squats or drop squats 30 seconds / Bull-whip 30 seconds
