It’s a Freestyle Friday Challenge!
This Freestyle Friday Challenge will have 4 different repetition and round options for you to choose from.
Do what you’re feeling but make sure to work hard and have some fun!
Here’s the breakdown for Freestyle Friday at The Training Room.
The exercise choices in the circuit…
- Swings or hinges
- Squat thrusts, burpees, squat presses, body weight squats or slams
- Step ups or lunge choice
- Row, bike or ski erg
Here are the rep and round choices for you.
As usual, if you need help deciding which optionvto do, we can certainly point you in the right direction.
Break it down any 1 of these ways.
- 100 reps x 1 round (for example, complete 100 swings before moving on to squat thrusts, but you can stop and rest if needed).
- 50 reps x 2 rounds
- 25 reps x 4 rounds
If you are new to The Training Room and consider yourself a beginner, do 20 reps x 30 minutes.
