Freestyle Steve Conditioning

Monday is a conditioning focus at The Training Room and we think you will find that  “Freestyle Steve Conditioning” will fulfill your cardio needs for the day!

Let’s set the tone for a great week!

Freestyle Steve will consist of ten minutes non-stop movement with a 1 minute rest between each ten minute round.

We will complete 3 total rounds of Steve!

This particular version will be done stationary, so grab some gear and find a spot!

Here’s the circuit:

Do one minute of each exercise with no rest between.

  • Swings, cleans or deadlift choice
  • Mountain climb, crawls or plank choice
  • Lunges or step ups
  • Bicycles or sit through (a Steve favorite)
  • Jumping jacks or jump rope
  • Skaters or lateral steps
  • Twist/rotate or Bulgarian bag
  • Kettlebell or dumbbell push press
  • Run in place (PEGS)
  • Squat thrust or slam/slege option if you’re outdoors

Rest for 1 minute when complete.

Do 3 rounds!
