Let’s close out the week with a fun 30 minute “freestyle” circuit.
We’ll give you the choice of movement in this 30 minute circuit.
Here’s the format.
30 seconds work/30 seconds rest for 30 minutes
Freestyle it and have fun with this…
You can also come up with your own variations.
Let us know if you come up with anything cool.
- Any upper body pulling ( pull-up, BW row, Kb row, rope climb, peg )
- Any lower body push motion ( BW or KB squats, lunge, split, step-ups etc.)
- AB Choice
- Any lower body pull motion (Leg curl swing set or power wheel, swings, snatch, cleans, deads)
- Any upper body push ( push-ups, dips, press etc)
