These freestyle body weight workouts are always fun…

They are a great opportunity to try out some new things and test your boundries.

Here’s your freestyle body weight strength circuit.

30/30 x 5 rounds

  1. Any upper body pull
  2. Any body weight squat variation
  3. Any upper body push
  4. Any lower body posterior(  leg curl, hip bridge, supermans etc)
  5. AB choice
  6. Light cardio

Finisher: Get done get up!

Why not add some band resistance to your body weight rows?
